Hey everyone! Here is my review of The Kettlebell Way to Your Perfect Body Volume 1.
This DVD is a 40 minute total body workout. It consists of 15, 2 minute rounds, with 1 minute of rest between each exercise. This workout is a great combination of cardio/weight training which allows you to get the most out of the 40 minutes required to complete the routine. If this is your first time ever doing kettlebells I would recommend watching the very well done introduction section and learning how to do all the moves on the DVD before going right into the program.

You will be surprised how fast you see results, and you only have to do it for 40 minutes, 2-3 time a week! This is a great DVD and is worth buying whether you are young or old, a beginner or an expert! A great well-balanced workout!
